Called my private, unlisted pre-paid cell at 8:10AM on 3/28/14. ILLEGAL to telemarket before 9AM. Traced it online to a business name of "Jus' Like New Auto Sales", which I've never heard of. Not in the market to buy OR sell a vehicle and we never contacted them. If its a wrong number, they'd better watch how they dial.

Federal law says the default window for sales calls begins at 08:00 AM each day. Maybe your state law says otherwise, but it's doubtful. What would make the call illegal is if the auto dealer used an autodialer and did not have your prior consent, or if you're DNC-registered.
