Who called from 4133564703

The IRS is suing me again. It's at least every couple weeks now. Funny, I have yet to see marshals at my door!
Scammer!

"Inform you that IRS is filing lawsuit against you to get more information about this case file. Please call immediately on our department number 413-356-4703. I repeat 413-356-4703. Thank you."

Anyone know who we report this to?  I just got the message and know it is a scammer.

This number (413-356-4703) has called me twice today within a 1 hour period of time. They want me to call them back at the same number
(413-356-4703) they were calling from to, "discuss the lawsuit against me by the IRS". My kids were arguing in the background but that was the just of it..I have absolutely no reason to be receiving a call like that. They're obviously scammers so don't give them any information!
