Caller ID showed Pittsfield, MA
Male voice identified himself as calling from Green Energy Electric. Asked if I read some notification sent from his company. I said no (he didn't seem surprised). Claimed electric rates will rise in November. He asked me to retrieve my electric bill in order for me to get onto some rate savings program. He said he'd hold. That's when I hung up.
Funny, our "guy" claimed he was from EverSource. Wanted to speak to owner, and asked for their name. I informed them if they were our actual account they'd know that information. Got very upset with me and demanded to speak to my manager and threatened to call back shortly. I hung up. Sounds like a call center.
