Found a 'missed' call on my private, pre-paid closely 'guarded' phone this AM from yesterday (10/23/14) at 7:19PM. Don't have VM set up, so no msg possible. Don't usually do this, but called it back since it is a 'local' number to us. Got a recorded message saying number is "Out Of Service or Disconnected." A SPOOFED NUMBER! This is the first one on my cell from my own area code and 'town'. Next stop, DNC Complaints.
