Who called from 4133623549

Telemarketer for solar panels.

People keep calling me from 413 3 62 3549 I've told several of them don't call back.  I get calls at least 2-4 times per week

They call a few times in a row but don't leave a message.  When I call back, it instantly goes to some prerecorded piano music.

Caller id "Unknown Caller".  2 freaking rings.  Even if I was to bite and pick up the phone, 2 rings isn't going to cut it.
