Thank you C.M. for taking the time to post. I got a call, saw that I probably didn't know them IDNA. My "greeting" specifically says "leave a msg or you not only not receive a c/b, you will be blocked. I used a spoof number to call back, and it disconnected in the middle of the 1rst ring.
Called on a National Holiday. How rude. Sounded Indian or Middle Eastern. Asked for me by name and then I commenced to chew him out telling him this is a sacred day for our Nation's Independence and they shouldn't be trying to sell me something. He hung up. I hate these people.
