This number has called both my PRIVATE, unlisted and undisclosed cell in February while we were on vacation, and then, just this Fourth of July weekend called our landline while we were also away.  We DO NOT know who this is, nor WHY they are calling, and they fail to leave messages each time.  Since this is a 'local' number, am a bit concerned our home is being 'cased' for a break-in.
