413-487-5582 (fax) is affiliated with a 'secret shopper' scam.  The company name is; Brand Concepts Inc. of 251 King St E Hamilton, ON L8N1B9.  The victim is sent a letter assigning him to make a financial transaction by sending money using Western Union to a Gena Stephens of Leeds England UK.  Enclosed with the letter is a check (counterfeit) in the amount of $2,500.00 to be used complete the financial transaction assignment.
