Who called from 4134970030

I got a text from a close friend's cell phone # that said: "-- I need to talk to you ASAP about some things that just went down and they are about you. my battery is dying. Call me at 413 497 0030"  Well, my friend didn't send this to me.  It is definitely some sort of scam. Anyone else get a text like this?  This seems illegal.

My friend just got the same text and we called the #.  It was a prerecorded message meant to be a joke.  Something about a mental hospital or something.  Pretty funny!

i just listend to it. it is pretty funny, but at the end there is a recorded advertisment for ringtones.
