Called the number, some latin young man answered and said to stay on the line while he retrieves the file so that I can speak with his boss. Then we were disconnected. I tried the number again 3 times and it was always busy. This sounded scary, but then realized that no judge would call, if someone did they would leave a file number or reference ID...
