These scammers are using "hyper-local" numbers more and more. I only picked up because I was expecting a call from someone local and didn't know the number. What I got was a very real sounding recording,  "Hi, my name is LYING SCAMMER and I'm calling because you stayed at one of our resorts."  I have never stayed in a resort. This number is now blocked but I'm guessing they'll just call back with another number.
