Called on 12-30-14, and the caller ID showed "Shelbunfls MA" which looks like someone in Shelbourne Falls in Mass, but I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.
I have received calls about "who handles the electric bill" multiple times from multiple numbers, this is just the latest one. Im sick of these people calling constantly.

An electricity supplier (Liberty Energy or something like that) trying to get me to switch. Something about "green" energy. I just said "no thanks" and hung up.
I have received numerous calls recently and they never leave messages. Answered one call and made a few general queries as to their purpose with "who handles the electric bill" being the most competent phrase delivered. No idea where they are really from, even if the ID says Shelburne Falls MA (which is a generally decent small town about 45 minutes from where I live).
