I have a cellular TracFone and I do not answer unknown numbers. On 3/18/2016 at 10:22 AM they left a prerecorded voice mail informing me if I wanted to lower my interest rate press 3 to talk to a live person…blah, blah, blah… Wow…this has SCAM written all over it. Then today 4/12/2016, again at 10:22 AM, they called again and I manually rejected the call as this little phone does not provide a reject list. My phone number is registered on the national Do Not Call List and I reported this call to them. However these are probable scammers and WILL NOT abide by the DNC List!
