Text even after told to stop - forwarded to police

Called my friend, restrictedly. Then called again.. Texted after.

Same here, called once restricted, I answered but didn't recognize the voice so I hung up. I got another call so I answered in case it was someoneI knew, and they said "hang up the [***] phone, [***]!" and just a bunch of names, then he hung up. I got a text immediately afterwards asking who I was, from this number. Says his name is Josh Howard (I doubt it though).
