When the phone rang, didn't have time to answer it, called back the number and states it discounted. Yes Scammers, from India trying to get information. There is no way to trace the calls they use spoof phone numbers, and fake ip addresses. Some even use Magic Jack services. I wish 20/20 would do a documentary on these people and how they take money from people.
