413-655-XXXX ... designates a landline phone within the small town of Hinsdale, MA.  This is apparently a spoofed number made from a mobile phone in another town (located a distance from Hinsdale) to trick landline customers into answering the phone because they think it's a call from a neighbor!!!  Pick it up and hang up immediately.
