Got a call from this number, didn't answer. They didn't leave a message. I used *67 and called the number back and after ringing all I heard was music in the background. Same music I heard from another call from another number I received earlier today. Caller ID shows it's from Amherst, MA.
We got a call from this number today, 19 Jun 2015, at 2:20 pm and didn't answer. The caller ID was AMHERST MA. No voice mail message was left. When I called back (our number is hidden by default on outgoing calls) I heard a computerized reply. It was very sophisticated and almost sounded human because it waited for me to speak after it answered. It's another number for the American Veterans Support Foundation, a scam which uses more numbers than I can list here. The number will be added to our call blocker. I highly recommend such a device to avoid these nuisances.
