Caller ID says "SURGIMED, CORP" Multiple calls/illegal prerecorded msgs from this number over the weekend saying "If you are the patient, press 1." Huh? Patient of WHOM? WHICH Patient??? Ignored. We have no idea what this is about or why they are calling. Funny thing is, this is a valid company name & number, but we do not know why they are calling us. Do not appreciate that they are using a robovoice to contact us, wanting info from us FIRST. Should be a LIVE person calling, telling us WHY they are calling to begin with.
Have also gotten calls in the last few days from 646-517-7552 and 413-100-2122 which are both MEDICARE scams, we believe. Think this one may be too, spoofing a REAL company/number this time.
