All they're looking for are donations of clothing, furnishings, etc. for less fortunate people - no harm here...I hope I never have a need for their services.
Caller ID said "HEARTSPRINGS FOU"[dation] which is the 'local' **Big Brothers/Big Sisters** organization. I say 'local' because it is headquartered 50 miles away from us. I let it go to ans. machine because this was a holiday, I was sleeping in, and I do not reward cold callers with my time or money. No way to know its legit with spoofing; telemarketers take too huge a bite out of any donations we might make, AND I'm vehemently against telemarketing, so, this 'charity' is only going to lose using this tactic.
