Keeps calling my work-issued cell phone. No identifying info and does not leave any messages. Calling it back it 'connects' but there is just 'garbage' in the background; no live person or even a coherent message. My spouse is getting numerous repeat calls from a similar number on our home phone from 413-377-2808 (seven calls, so far, including one at 9:30 on a SATURDAY.) This has got to stop.

Here it is September 2014 and this number is still calling and leaving unintelligible messages on my work voice mail. We have NO IDEA whom this is or what they want.
