I have a cellular TracFone and I don’t answer unknown numbers. Someone called today at 11:19 AM, my voice mail picked up and they did not leave a message.  My phone number is registered on the national and Florida Do Not Call Lists and I reported this call to them.  However these are probable scammers and WILL NOT abide by any DNC List!
