The person @ this number has called twice today, as well as numerous times in the past. The second time, I answered normally. However,  I got no response, nor did this person say anything. After a few seconds, a hang-up on their end.
I'm sick of dealing with this. So, I called the number and was greeted by a Pinocchio-sounding voice on voicemail.
To my surprise, a nervous-sounding man then took my call, identified himself as John from Horizons. He told me he was calling to ask me questions about continuing education. It was difficult to hear because of background noise.
I brought to his attention that it was I who was calling him because he continues to call me, hang up or  just sit there. Silence. I told him I don't want him to call and bother me. He said nothing, then hung up.
Someone needs to get out of his mom's basement.
