My wife received a call from this number today on her cell phone. The person was breathing heavy and difficult to understand - almost struggling to talk. It was difficult to make out the person's nambe, but my wife believed the person stated their name as "Anna" and proceeded to breathe loudly. I read on another site that Froedert Hospital uses this number display on caller IDs to protect patient privacy. So, either this was a hospital patient with the wrong number, somebody who was harmed or a prank caller. I sure hope this helps others because we do not know.

Yes, it is from the Froedert Hospital in Wisconsin They do cover the number with a bunch of zeros in order to protect patient privacy. The thing is that when I contacted one of the operators at the hospital, he said that the phones were very old and there was no texting capabilities. So I don't know how the patients are getting away with this. Every time I recieve a text message, the number at the very end of the phone number increases by one. I don't know if I can block that since it'll be a different number every time.
