This number called us over and over for more than a week until I finally answered. Then, a man asked for one of the members of our family by name. I said she isn't available right now and if I could take a message. He said he would call again later. They have never called again. SO, the purpose of the calls seems to be to find out if a certain person lives at this number.

I got a call from this number and called it back. It is to further your education. She said "thank you for calling degree connections online, this is Taylor." So I hung up. So it's not a collector, just someone trying to get you to "further your education". I just want to know how they got my number and I already have a degree so it really doesn't make sense....
The number called me twice, and asked me if I wanted to "further my education". The guy asked me that the conversation would be recorded by a third class party, and asked if I was 18 years old. I asked him how he got my number, and he said maybe I applied for it, or if there was an ad, and I clicked on it.
