I didn't say anything. A male (reading a script) asked, "may I talk with the homeowner if he or she is available?". I informed him that this phone number is on the state & federal Do Not Call lists, then set the phone down without hanging up, to cost him some more time (and his company some more money). So I didn't hear anything else he said.
