If you get this message (Congratulations, you are one lucky customer getting a credit applicable to your next month bill, for more details visit https://tr.im/zwMoB) DO NOT CLICK THE LINK! This is a scam and they are stealing peoples infor so they can buy phones or do insurance claims for phones on peoples accounts! This happened ot me last week when I tried to use my phone it was in emergency calls only mode. I called my carrier and was told that an insurance claim had been filed for my phone, which I had not done. The new phone has already been sent out and my phone that I physically had in my hand had been locked. The scammers had the phone sent to Maryland and I live in Nevada. Most carriers will ship to any address as long as the person caliing can verify the last 4 of the SSN on the account. I suggest adding a password to your account that needs to be verified as well as the last 4 of your SSN. I got this message again today and this time I didn't click the link and deleted it immediatly. I don't know if they can still your info just by you getting the and opening the message of if you have to click the link. Either way I wouldn't risk it and just deleted it as soon as you get it and not even open it. I was a night mare to fix and they are still trying to get to me.
