Got two missed calls from this number. Called back and it says "Thank you for calling Education Experts. Our representatives are engaged at the moment. We will be glad to assist you as soon as a representative becomes available." Seconds later, a live person came on the line and I hung up.
I missed the call and tried the number and reached a telemarketing service. Started with hold music followed by a person announcing herself from Education Direction. I inquired on why the call was made to me and I could not understand the person's response. After repeated attempts to understand the person I hung up in frustration.
I received the call on my cell phone, and even though I had all of the bars on my phone, I could barely hear the woman. She requested someone with my last name, but she kept skipping over the first part until finally I hung up.
