I do not own a kohls charge but I did have a lawsuit against them. I am now being harassed and just got a call at 8:38 pm! That is a violation of a solicitation!
Can't speak about those who don't have a Kohl's charge card but... This is NOT a scam call. It really is Kohls. if you want the calls to stop then just pay your bill. I'm late with my payment on my Kohl's card & this is why they keep calling me non stop.
P.s. The do not call list does not stop credit collectors & even all solicitor calls. So what if you're on the do not call list! Nobody cares nor helps identifying the caller. Irrelevant in most cases, esp debt collections.
Ever since I purchased this AT&T cell phone the number - 414-257-2339 -keeps calling. It has been five times today and the funny thing is - I RARELY USE THIS PHONE - I do have a Kohl's account BUT this was probably a previous user's phone number and I am really getting sick of them calling. Also, I never give this phone number to anyone - only our residence. Enough is enough.
