I hope u dont mind my input to u re: ur BK...unfortunately, now a days, most Companies will not take  your word  that u have filed for Bankruptcy  they will keep on until you give them a BK# and your lawyer information...once they have that then by law they can no longer contact u...at least until there is a BK lift.
Just thought I would share that with you as most collectors wont give u that information

I started getting calls from Kohls and the 414-257-2339. I know I never had an account with them. They had wrong contact info for someone.

Just a friendly reminder not to give out any personal account information when someone calls you, it may be a scam.

This most likely is a scam. I get calls, they sort of leave a voicemail, no message, just breathing.

I keep getting these calls too. Sometimes 7-8 times a day. They leave a message saying to call Kohl's Department Store at whatever 888 number they leave. I've probably shopped in Kohl's maybe three or four times ever, and have NEVER owned a Kohl's credit card! Don't think I ever will with this garbage going on.

The collection number for Kohl's that I have is 262-703-1977. 414-257-2339 might be a scam...
