got a call from DCA 4142993883 saying they have a complaint against me and needed to talk to me or a legal rep didnt say why , didnt say my name or what complaint was i never called back thanks to this site
Got a call and it told me to press 1. The person told me a complaint was file against me, I asked who? They said a online loan was done with my email account and funds was deposited in my chase account. The problem is I don't have a chase account........nice try scamers!
So this company has been calling me since Friday about a complaint against me. I finally call back and they claim I'm being prosecuted for a malicious loan that I took out with Advance America and closed my Bank of America account that I used as collateral. I don't have a bank account with that company andhave never gotten a pay day loan. So I contacted Advance America and they assured me it was a scam.
I received a call and a voicemail from the above phone number....wasn't sure what DCA was and why there would be a complaint against me. I didn't call back, but googled DCA and this phone number....so glad that this website and others comments were here. It was a little scary tbh.
