Who called from 4143067288

Received a call, however I did not answer since I didn't know the number.

Got a call and a v. mail with no message. But I'm in Wisconsin too.

Got a call from 414-306-7288 at 7pm on 7-30-12!
The caller ID said "cellular call."
When I answered it a recorded voice said the call was a political survey for residents of Wisconsin!
I hung up!  We are on the DO NOT CALL list, what a joke!  I am also filing a complaint with the FCC!
