Hung up, no message on answering machine. Calls come mid morning & @ 7:30 p.m. For two days til I blocked it. Probably due to cancellation of my subscription.
Received multiple calls from 414-376-6792 on 06/18/2015, the CNAM read as "Unavailable." We (anonymously) re-dialed the number and heard the following message:
"You have reached the voice mail box of sales and customer service in the Circulation Department. Thank you for your call, we are sorry we missed you. If you are a current subscriber, thank you for your readership and we will return your call right away. For any other questions or concerns, or to hear our current specials please leave your name and number along with your area code. One of our sales professionals will be happy to return your call. Thank you again, and have a great day."

They are still using this number. Sometimes, they would leave a message and other times they would hang up. I see most of the complaints are from last year though. I find it appalling that a business uses this type of practice.
