This number called me and started threatening me with criminal charges if I did not call them back to arrange payment before it went to court. This is happening so much lately it is crazy. All because of a pay day loan I took out way back like ten years ago(and paid back) They don't have current information and they don't want to send you any real information - this is so ridiculous!! These kinds of calls are scaring people into sending them money - they have just enough information about you to sound legit but they are not!!! Please be ware!!!
received a call from this number today stating i will be served papers on my job or at my home address if i didnt call them back. gave me a case number and stated that i have charges that were brought against my name.
yeah, i just got a call too from this number, waste of time, I don't answer calls where I do not recognize the number! I too have paid any outstanding debt owed by me, I have the papers to prove it too. \
Received call from mr Jackson from 414-395-5055 sd that I have 2 warrants and going to jail for payday loan in 2009 that 1 I never took out because you can't get one in wva and 2 I did not have a job in 2009 so I'm really sure I would not have qualified for a payday loan without having a job. Geesh!
