I to been getting a call from someone representing Goldberg and Maxwell this persone will call from time to time and now today I got a call from a PHILLIP DEBOIS from a ADR call for GOLDBERG and MAXWELL saying that its regarding a frudulated bank account and to call them with a reference no. at 414-431-4520 he has the the last digits of my social an called my work. But when I look up the the no. its showing this information below:
I recieved a call at work from the same person on 5-11 regaurding a payday loan I never had. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and my state department of banking. I plan to file a complaint with the FTC ans my state AG. The only document I ever recieved from them is a settlement letter which outlined a two payment plan.
