Keep getting calls from this number. They say I took out a payday loan & are going to take me to court.
They cannot provide me with a date, or anything in writing.
I have contacted my state's AG office.
i got a call from this num saying that they were a law firm saying they had a file on me but when i told them to talk to my attorney thy changed there mind they didnt want to give me any of there information
Got a call saying I owed an account that is over 5 years old and if I do not pay they will take me to court. When I asked them to email the documents that support this they said yes, but all I got was a letter stating I agreed to a settlement when I never did. They were suppose to call me back and never did. I responded to the email that I have contacted an attorney and I have not heard back.

Got a call at work, they were requesting my employers fax number.... I got on the line and informed them we dont give out that information, they said "ill just google it" and hung up.
LOL...good luck, this is a private fax number only given to medical practioners.
BTW, I'll be reporting you to the FTC since I've told you multiple times not to call me at work.
