Who called from 4144316613

I have received several calls from this number for months now. Each time I answer there is dead silence. If you let it ring to voicemail, no message is ever left...? Could be marketing ploy...?

I have been getting calls multiple times a day from this number, no message left

I answer the phone at a construction company, and everyday around 9:15 AM a call comes in from this #.  Dead silent?

I called the number back to ask them to stop calling.  It's mortgage company.

I'm getting at least 2 phone calls from this number and when I answer, they sit there silent for about 5 seconds, and then they hang up.
I was Shot in my right knee on Saturday morning February 13th, so I thought that it was someone just seeing if I'm home so they can take some more Shots at me. People are making me Paranoid as a [***]!!!
