YES THESE FOLKS BEEN CALLING MY PHONE SINCE LAST WEEK. AT LEAST 5-10 TIMES A DAY FROM 414-433-4786 OR FROM "BLOCK" NUMBERS. ITS A RECORDING, THE LADY HAS MY MADEN NAME NOT MY MARRIED NAME SAYING I NEED TO CALL THEM OR I WILL BE SERVED. WELL LAST I CHECKED WHEN YOUR GOING TO GET SERVSED IT JUST HAPPENS THEY DON'T CALL YOU IN ADVANCE TO LET YOU KNOW. DON'T KNOW WHO THEY ARE BUT I AM WELL AWARE OF THE FDCA AND IVE WON OVER 5 CASES WITH OTHER COMPANIES SAYING AND DOING TOO MUCH.
I just got the same message everyone else has. Two fraudelent charges, I'm going to be served at home or work, I can be arrested. This is the third message in a week from three different phone numbers and voices. Do these people have a phone scam convention and then spread out across the country to do this? I've had calls from SC, WI, and TX. This is nuts and it's a bit unnerving.
they called me 20min ago and said i had two charges against me....wtf is going on? She said they were calling merideth...she was way off, and said that i was goin to be served and arrested.
