Robo call from a fake charity, "Breast Cancer Assistance." Ask them for an IRS form 990 (required of all charities) and see how fast they hang up. This is a total robo-call, which tries to figure out what you are saying and respond with the correct recording from a database of responses. It may sound like a human but it is not. It is an automated machine trying to grab your wallet to buy yachts and expensive cars for the crooked promoters. I can only hope they get cancer.
This pseudo-charity serves only to line the pockets of the solicitors. Cancer sufferers get little or no help. It's just a clever technique to get money from well-meaning people. Don't help buy their yachts and BMWs!
