This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

They have a fax number of 941-527-9020. It appears to be a wireless phone number for Florida. But worth a shot to get the nasty attorney letter to them.
I received a call about two weeks ago saying that a Mike anderson (indian accent) was calling from West Allis Law Firm and I needed to have my lawyer contact one of his representatives because there is criminal activity against my name and if I do not respond then I will be arrested tomorrow. He also says he wishes me luck and he feels sorry for me. WHen I ask them questions they do not give me a straight answer they say I feel sorry for you and you need to call this number back. They call 6 times a day and now they have called my work. It is frustrating and a little scary that these people in a third world country can threaten me like that.
I have gotten phone calls from the numbers 000-000-000 and 414-448-7998 and 414 -831-7998 saying I took a payday loan wit us.cashnet. in Aug 2012 I said well hello Aug what of 2012. He tells me aug2012. I said I have never taking a loan out . There was one Guy who called and said he was a laywer from westallies lawfrim then tells me I have a case on me. Then tells me to hold and hello u didn't even put me on hold. LOL then the 2st Guy comes on and says he is a laywercop thing. Well for one if u in the usau don't know the laws like I do..... picked the wrong person this time cause I will take u down and I will help the FBI wit it to. I thank its funny u can't talk English well but u are going to use American names. They have girls working fir them too .plus they use this number too 916-238-8478...........I called us cashnet and askested them if I had a loan out wit them and theylooked and she said no u don't have a loan and then I told her about the phone I had and that the Guy said I had a loan and I didn't pay it and that he was going to send the cops to my house 2mmor and plan on staying in jail for at lease 6 days or until court or whatever ... I know the law. He better know the law and they don't like it when u ask questions over and over
