Horribly, nasty rude lady on the phone, when I answered she she said "This is Sadie from capcom, this is a recorded line, can I speak to _____" I told her that I won't speak on recorded lines and hung up.  She called back a few seconds later and told me that I was being very rude and asked me if this is how I run my business.  I hung up on her again.  She called back and didn't say anything and she said 'Is that what you're going to do, pretend you can't hear me, I'm going to call you right back"...by then I my call zapper had loaded and she can no longer get through.
