multiple calls.  no voice message.  when answered get a hang up

They called once, left no message, but when they called the second time it was from a doctors office at Wheaton Franciscan Hospital reminding me of an appointment.

Called 3 times today and left no message.  Picked up on 4th call and could only hear static.

I received a call confirming a doctor's appointment with Wheaton Franciscan as previously noted.

After reading this board, now I know where the caller is from since they didn't leave any messages behind.  I started getting these calls recently and keep getting these calls even though I have never heard of them and I don't even live in the Milwaukee area.
