Who called from 4145014394

I have received several calls today on my cell and they do not leave a message.  I want to know how they got my number.  I am on the no call list for the state and national.  I wish they would stop it.

I'm also getting several calls a day from this number. I'm putting it on my block list.

This number calls numerous times a day every day of the week.  No message is ever left.  Getting really tired of it and very annoyed.

They just started calling me twice already today.  What a pain.Why can't they be stopped?
