Who called from 4145160964

They call me 4-5 times a day. It only rings twice and they never leave a message.  It is really making me mad!! I tried calling but it is a Verizon wireless number that is disconnected.

The caller said that you cannot call back because the phone number is "in the cloud" through a computer, and then she hung up.  It appears to be an extortion, a scam, or a slick telemarketer.  Take your pick.

3x in one day, nearly every day for a week

I finally picked up when they called. They asked if they could speak to "Samantha". I said, "Speaking", and then they hung up. What the heck?

Get a call a few times each day.  2 rings and hang up No message.
I called back.  Rings once and nothing.
