Who called from 4145391470

This fundraising company say they are raising money for Police Officers or fire fighters and I heard they keep 85% of the money they raise.

Just got a call from this number. When I answered, there was dead air for a few seconds, and then a woman's voice said "This is Michelle on a recorded line. May I ask you a few questions? "
I replied, "Who are you looking for, and what is this regarding? "... ... ...click. They hung up.
No idea WTF that was about.

Called two times , let voice mail pick up ; the first message was dead silence - halfway through there was a "beep" then after a few seconds it hung up ....
The second v.m. pick up was silence for about ten seconds ...,then a woman said ,"Hello?" , after a few more seconds then hung up!... ( I usually get these calls  for about a week , then they hault for a while-,and I don't usually answer since they don't leave a proper message.

Called them back. It is the Daily Jackpot Prize

Received a call from 414-539-1470, did not pick up.  They left a message, when I checked it all they left was a beep.  Blocked this number from calling me again.
