Yes, I also got a few calls from this number today in Oak Creek.  No one was there and completely dead, not even white noise.
The last time I received a call from a strange Milwaukee number it was a political call.  Perhaps this is the same?

Just got a call from them, let it go to voicemail, and they just hung up.  Now that it seems they are an anti-Walker facist group, I will answer the next time to inform them how Walker is making our state great again and will talk until they hang up on me!
