Dylan Walter Consulting is a Scam! Don't give him MONEY!
If you have met a fellow online named Dylan Walter posing as an architect BEWARE! This man is a con-artist who sweet talks women for a couple months and then steals their money.
The story he most recently told was he is an architect traveling to Dubai on a big project. He has a large paycheck coming in, but is running low on cash until he receives it. He asks for a loan of several thousand dollars. He will even make up a fake promissory note for you... but then he will vanish! He has even gone so far as to fake his own death from pneumonia. This guy really thinks he's smart!
Before he asks for the money, he likes to establish a relationship of trust for a couple of months, and paint himself to be a real swell and caring guy. He even says he has a niece he is putting through college. A real professional con-artist. .
He has several ways of verifying his identity but they are all FAKE!

If this person contacts you, please call the police immediately! He likes to haunt dating sites like match.com, etc. looking for victims.
If you can reach the police before he "disappears" on you, it will greatly assist in his capture.
You can also call the North Carolina SBI (he was most recently in North Carolina, but travels around).
If you have any information on this person, please come forward.
Not one more victim!
