I am getting a call on my cell to a Sarah which is not my name, threatening that she committed a federal crime. He calls himself Henry Davis. I am sick of it.
i got a call at my job after 5pm yesterday they left message for me to call someone named mark lawson.
i do not know who this is.
thinking about changing my number.
i applied for loan online and then changed my mind and never went thru with it and been getting calls non stop from credit cleaning agencies etc.
i got a call on saturday from a guy that could hardly speak english stating that i was going to jail for bank fraud that i had gotten a payday loan over 7 years ago and that it was never paid. i told him that i remember the loan but was sure it was paid and why i am hearing now. he got really ugyy so i hung up very angry. he stated that this stuff never goes away and that it is big bank fraud and that they will garnish my pay check. does anyone know the law on this stuff. i keep telling them i will not deal with anyone but the company that issued the loan because i wish to see the account activity and my signature. anyone that can advise on this would be great.
This company started calling me about 2 months ago, I got irate and they stopped calling now the calls have started again. Is there a Law firm that can track these calls so that I can sue for harrassment. They have started to call my job and this really needs to stop. I asked them for the company name and they never give me one. They said they would see me in court and I'm waiting but they just continue to harrass mewith no court date in site. I think they want money well so do I so give me a court date.
No one can trace these calls because they using communication devices to re route the calls .... They are calling from over seas, like INDIA ... and its nothing but a scam ... some people beleieve them and send money ... but I do assure you that its TOTAL BULL---!!!!
I just got a message from Eric Gibson, from the Wisconsin Investigative Department saying how I was very rude to hang up in his face .... Also, that the authorities and the local sheriff's department is coming to take me and I must be in custody for 7 days for investigation and they might even come to my job to arrest me ... He then proceeded to tell me to pack my bags for the surprise of my life that I will be behind bars for at least 6 months .... I called back and told them that my bags are packed to come on down!!!! Such BS!!!
