Linda Turner called looking to speak to someone who makes financial decisions about copy equipment, or someone in IT - I told her we weren't currently interested in replacing any machines. She said she knew what kind of copier we currently had (or recently had). I told her we didn't have that machine anymore, and she asked if it was the same type of machine. I told her I didn't feel obligated to tell her what kind of machine we had. She scurried off the phone pretty quickly after that.
