It is a CITI "your payment is late" call. God forgive that I was in the hospital, broken to pieces, and missed payment by like 3 days. Also, NOTE, doing a payment on CITI's web site using Firefox does not work. It spins for 30 minutes and times out with an implied "Payment Completed" message.
