this is a collection agency. who will keep calling leave no voice message   when you answer  they ask for someone (fake name) and when to tell them that person is not at this number they ask for your name and to verify your address phone etc
so they can run your name for outstanding bills  and them say they are  calling.  about said bills  and try to scare you into paying a bill you do not owe
